From Québec City and surrounding areas
- Take Highway 40 West toward Montréal.
- Take Exit 250 – St-Casimir / St-Ubalde – Route Guilbault.
- Turn right at the end of the exit toward St-Casimir.
- In St-Casimir, cross the metal bridge and turn left in front of the church toward St-Ubalde.
- Drive through the village of St-Ubalde toward Lac-aux-Sables.
- When you arrive in Lac-aux-Sables, continue straight past the church until you reach Bourassa Street (approximately 1 km). Bourassa Street is located before the railway tracks.
- Drive approximately 1 km on Bourassa Street. You will see detour signs for Chemin de la Batiscan on your right.
- Continue on this road for approximately 3 km until you reach a fork in the road.
- Turn right. The entrance to the chalet will be on your left at the very bottom of the hill, at 44 Chemin de la Batiscan.
From Montréal, Trois-Rivières and surrounding areas
- From Highway 40 or Highway 20, take Highway 55 North toward Shawinigan. If you are coming from Highway 20, first follow the signs toward Trois-Rivières.
- After passing the Shawinigan exits, follow the signs for Route 153 toward St-Tite. This is the first exit after Highway 55 North narrows to two lanes.
- Stay on Route 153 and drive through Hérouxville, St-Tite, Ste-Thècle and Hervey-Jonction.
- At the end of Route 153, you will arrive in Lac-aux-Sables. Turn left onto Principale Street and continue for approximately 1 km.
- Bourassa Street will be on your right. Turn onto Bourassa Street and drive approximately 1 km. You will see detour signs for Chemin de la Batiscan on your right.
- Continue on this road for approximately 3 km until you reach a fork in the road.
- Turn right. The entrance to the chalet will be on your left at the very bottom of the hill, at 44 Chemin de la Batiscan.
